Despite the unprecedented problems of the "virus", I managed to work with Harshil to choose and take delivery of a lovely star sapphire that had been planned for my wife's anniversary ring. It is now at a UK jewellers being set within her chosen design (with helpful input from Harshil). I would have no hesitation in buying again when the need arises.

Excellence in every facet of my transaction. This is my 4th purchase from the person I dealt with. I was looking for a sapphire, to be crafted into a ring. The person I dealt with was absolutely amazing through the whole process. I selected a stone and selected a mounting. I sent photos of a setting I loved and consulted with him if it was a possibility. He sent me images of what the ring would look like. He updated me and was very prompt getting back to me through the process. The ring is beyond any expectation I had. The craftmanship, the quality of the sapphire and the setting...stunning.
