I bought above twelve thousand dollar for a star sapphire, it is nice but I returned it cause unlike cutting and change to other faceted sapphire with still fair price and returning it secondary then I change thirds with I satisfied green sapphire & beautiful tsavorite and received half refund of my first remittance...I just give him " 4 THUMBS" !!!! for his fairly, gentle & true commitment to customer fully satisfied.

Flawless experience

I searched far and wide for the right paraiba for my 50th birthday ring, and settled on a beautiful oval 1.4 carat one at Star Ruby.
I placed the order on June 10, and had the stone shipped directly to my jeweler in New York to be set. I received the finished ring on June 25, and am absolutely delighted with it - it is *exactly* what I wanted. The photo and description of the stone on the website were spot-on; what I actually got was even more exquisite than I'd expected. If my experience is typical, you can trust these product photos! I took something of a risk, sending the stone "sight unseen" to be set, but I couldn't be more pleased if I'd gone to a brick-and-mortar jewelry store and chosen a ring.
Throughout the selection and shipping process, Mr. Havshil Zaveri maintained great e-mail communication with me, readily responding to my numerous questions and requests. I do recommend paying a few extra dollars for traceable shipping, especially if you live in the U.S. I really appreciated being able to track my stone.
I'm already looking at other stones from Star Ruby; I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them in the future.

Vietnamese Baguette Ruby

I purchased a Vietnamese Baguette Ruby which has the most simply sublime colour and has now been set with diamonds into a cuff bangle. This was my first purchase so my jeweller immediately had the ruby assessed and it is exactly as the supplied certificate says. Now the bangle has been valued and the valuer was very impressed with the colour and the clarity of the ruby. Absolutely beautiful. I have no hesitation in recommending this site to anyone.
