Dear customer or future customer of star ruby my story is long but to make it short .I made a deposit of 1500 euros 3 years ago and get very sick from a very bad sickness.
I contacted mister Zaveri 3 years after more or less and he could have told me that after all this time and the work not paid the money was lost but as gentleman he offered me to choose a stone with the same value as my deposit.What to say in this world of bd karma and people who don't bevel in good from any part of this world....
mister Zaveri provide excellent stones and service and he is a truth gentleman with honor.
For me it is more much more than business it is as I said gentelman honor and good businesman because if you can trust this company 3 years after waht now then
I thanks him for the pleasure he gave me to meet someone who still respect (again from any culture)the good in man)
ps the stone was at my choice!!!!so nothing more clear than this to say you can trust him and this company
