Wow, these guys were first class throughout the entire process, excellent communication and the finished product speaks for itself (even better than I anticipated). Ordered two sets of emerald earrings one for my wife and the other for daughter and I was blown away when i opened the package, just outstanding on all levels--price, selection, craftsmanship, packaging and paperwork.
